{caturday} kitty clothes!

this week i thought i'd share with you a little something i've been working on for my shop : kitty clothes! ... that sounds slightly misleading, the clothes are in fact for humans, but they are covered in kitty faces!

i've always loved the idea of having my drawings on clothes, i've had a few t shirt designs printed in the past, (and hope to get more made some time soon) but i wanted to have a go at making something myself. 100% handmade.
i made this tank from my own *slightly make shift* pattern and printed using the rubber stamp i had made by the little stamp store ... highly recommended by the way if you're looking to get a drawing (or anything else) made into a stamp!

this is just a work in progress at the moment. i've only just worked out how to sew binding around the arm and neck holes *that's next on my to do list* but i was so excited to share it with you!
i thought i'd start out with simple monochrome, as i had some black fabric paint lying around, but i've just stocked up on supplies to try out some pastel versions which i think will look really sweet. can't wait to show you all!
