she sells sea shells

if you follow me on instagram or twitter, you may have heard me talk (moan) about a little thing called shred ... incase you were wondering, i have taken on the challenge of the 30 day shred, accompanied by the wonderful rachel : today is day 17, so we're over half way! it's tough but i'm definitely feeling like it's making a difference.

in an effort to stay motivated, rachel came up with the awesome idea of making our own (prettier) version of these 'pounds to lose' & 'pounds lost' jars. there is a cute little tutorial on rachel's blog - she has filled hers with the cutest little dinosaurs, it made me a bit jealous!
i decided to fill mine with shells, since i have amassed a fair few on our long walks down the beach.

all this talk of shells has made me want to draw them ... maybe i should draw each shell i put into the 'yay!' jar!
